  • PRR - Personal Roda & Registro

These are one-to-one activities with an R & R consultant. The course includes a theoretical introduction to our methodology and proceeds to a set of activities designed to promote self-development and help the client discover a way to overcome personal and professional obstacles. This service is designed both for corporate officials and private individuals.

  • MRR - Managerial Roda & Registro

R & R Managerial services are designed for small groups of an organization’s leaders, such as department managers, project managers and others, to go through a set of activities which will provide them with insights for self-development and for the development of their employees. MRR challenges its participants to perceive their power on people as leaders and to train them to use that power to influence others to construct a fulfilling and successful working environment.

  • NRR - Networking Roda & Registro

R & R Networking workshops are designed for large groups of people who work together and are required on a daily basis to transmit structured and unstructured information to one another and to their superiors. The workshops focus on group members as "knowledge owners" who need to learn the most efficient ways to transmit and receive information.

  • TRR - Training Roda & Registro

While PRR, MRR and NRR are all designed to create a fundamental change for the persons in training, TRR is designed for the implementation of the Roda & Registro methodology on a much larger scale. The training takes place on two levels:

  • Internal expert training

For organizations that wish to create an in-house Roda & Registro system, TRR trains specialists in R & R who can then conduct workshops by themselves and implement the tool as a permanent part of their organization: introducing the methodology to more and more departments, on more and more organizational levels. The training includes in-depth study of the theoretical basis of R & R’s methodology and the practical applications of the tool, The extent of the training depends on the importance that the organization wishes to give it in its structure. The training can be tailor-made for:

    • A new working process, dedicated entirely to R & R
    • An existing training and change management program in the company

     

  • External instructor training

With TRR, we can also provide extensive training for individuals on the following: how to coordinate Roda & Registro, the theoretical background of R & R, and the implementation of the R & R tools in workshops. The purpose of the training is to create instructors to join Roda & Registro Methods Ltda, or function as private consultants.
All training services are tailored to the individual client.
