R & R Managerial services are designed for small groups of an organization’s leaders, such as department managers, project managers and others, to go through a set of activities which will provide them with insights for self-development and for the development of their employees. With TRR, we can also provide extensive training for individuals on the following: how to coordinate Roda & Registro, the theoretical background of R & R, and the implementation of the R & R tools in workshops. The purpose of the training is to create instructors to join Roda & Registro Methods Ltda, or function as private consultants.
